MKBLP helps raise funds for Lord's Taverners

Last week, three MKBLP Board Directors attended the Lord's Taverners lunch at Woburn Golf Club. As the UK's leading youth cricket and disability sports charity, Lord's Taverners helps to break down barriers and empower disadvantaged and disabled young people to fulfil their potential and build life skills. The event, held on Friday 13th December, was organised as part of a series of regional events to raise much needed funds for the charity. Simon DeMaid, Jan Flawn CBE and Jean Gowin all attended the event which saw antiques expert, Charlie Ross preside over the charity auction.
